Using theatre or film the delegates see and feel the hurt that can ensue from behaviours which fail to respect every individual in a team. This is generally balanced with plenaries on changing demographics, the law and issues surrounding recruitment and retention.
Diversity is an intellectual as well as an emotional issue and we take care to balance the two.
