UK wide Security firm
The client had 5,000 employees on sites throughout the British Isles. The nature of their work meant that few had connectivity during working hours. Our brief was to train the workforce in Diversity and to do so we created a radio drama in 4 parts. This was uploaded, in instalments across a 12 month period, to MP3 audio players that were branded with the company logo and distributed to the workforce by regional managers. The employees would listen to an episode and then fill in a questionnaire about the drama that highlighted learning.
Our client reported the most positive response to this blended learning project they had ever received from the workforce.
