Performance training at a UK wide Publishing house
What happens when your best friend gets promoted but your role remains the same? Actors were used in this case to illustrate examples of poor performance in the work place, examples that are sometimes ignored to the detriment of a team or to the chagrin of a co-worker.
In an instantly recognisable yet different environment, delegates have the freedom to discuss ways in which enacted examples of poor performance can have an impact on their day–to–day working lives.
STOP theatre was used in this case, to allow delegates to interrupt the action when they see an example of an action they wish to discuss, and learn how to react to the behaviour witnessed without provoking their team mates or staff members. |
