The session looks at –

• Who makes it happen?
• How can we change it?
• What are the business benefits?
• How does this apply to your organisation?

We use a mix of forum theatre, hotseating, stop theatre and improvisation around plenary discussions, change awareness sessions and an understanding of where culture fits into successful teams.

By the end the delegates have an awareness of their own responsibilities, the law and the bottom line benefits of ethical business.
