iPod Nano Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The prize is a 8GB iPod Nano (purple or green). Only one entry per person. We draw the current stated prize every 6 months. The winning entry will be selected at random by an independent judge on 31st December 2008, and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days.

The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with MaST Theatre & Film ("the Promoter") or any of its affiliates. The draw is open to those over the age of 18 but for delivery of prize you will need a permanent UK address.

The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.

The prize is non-transferable and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

The winners name and location can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter after the Closing Date.

The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such prize draw activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the monthly prize draw and the Promoter shall have the right to use the winners name and location for advertising and prize draw purposes in connection with the monthly prize draw in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.

The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
